In commemoration of Eid al-Adha 1444H, Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel, managed by Discovery Hotels & Resorts, also interprets this wonderful occasion organized in collaboration with Artha Graha Peduli, to presented the animal offerings (Qurban) which will be executed at three distinct locations.
We hosted Qurban in two locations in Bali, notably Nurhasanah Mosque and Al-Fariz Mosque in the Kuta district, and also in Lombok island, West Nusa Tenggara. We handed over the Qurban to the head of the committee, accompanied by the Artha Graha Peduli team.
“We are grateful to God Almighty that Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel and Artha Graha Peduli for the opportunity and blessing of being able to share Qurban meat with others in the vicinity and people in need. Furthermore, this momentum provides an opportunity to establish relations with the surrounding environment,” stated Mr. Eko Hartanto, as a person in charge of Artha Graha Peduli for this special Eid al-Adha activities.
This annual event is a manifestation of our concern for the environment, particularly the surrounding community, and is one of Artha Graha Peduli’s initiatives. It is believed that this activity would provide numerous benefits and educate us to constantly be grateful for the treasures that God Almighty has provided us.
