Villas is proud to announce the recent promotion of
Mr. Hermann Feigl from the position of Executive Chef
to Food and Beverage Manager.
Hermann, originally from Austria, started his hospitality
career at Hotel Baeren – Zurich Lake, Switzerland
as a Commis in 1980, before continuing his career in
many different hotels in Europe, South Africa, Australia
as well as on a Cruise Line for four years before he
moved to Bali as an Executive Chef in the pre-opening
team at Nikko Bali Hotel & Resorts in 1995.
Hermann Feigl has worked with the Discovery Kartika
Plaza Hotel & Villas for the past 7 years, as an
Executive Chef, setting high standards of quality in
the various restaurants. Since early this year Hermann
managed the entire Food & Beverage Operation and
was joined recently by the new Executive Chef, Mr. Hans-Jürgen
Gorsler.
